Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
- Gift cards are not refundable.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
6 Month Limited Warranty
We strive to ensure that every piece of footwear that leaves our manufacturing facility exceeds our customers’ quality expectations, however if you believe you have received a defective product you may qualify for a repair, exchange, or return for a full refund under our 6 Month Limited Warranty.
All of our products, unless otherwise clearly stated, are warrantied against manufacturing defects for 6 months from date of purchase. This warranty is not a guarantee against normal wear and tear. This warranty does not apply to a product that has been damaged by misuse, neglect, accident, modification or unauthorized repair.
Examples of manufacturing defect:

Examples of what is not a manufacturing defect:

Worn stitching or worn soles from normal wear

Damages caused from improper styles being worn on the jobsite

Improper fit. Fit is the responsibility of the owner and should be assured within return window

Punctures or holes caused by the workplace
If your product suffers from a manufacturing defect it can be repaired, returned, or exchanged for a full refund. (Please note that not all manufacturing defects can be repaired. A repair or exchange will be determined for each application). Please Email us at info@tatra.ca to request a repair, exchange, or return. If your warranty application is time-sensitive we may be able to complete your request more quickly in-person.
The Process to Exchange/ Return a Product Online:

Email us at info@tatra.ca with photos of your boots to request a repair, exchange, or return.

Please allow 2 business days for us to process your request. We will reply by email to approve your application, request more information related to your application, or explain why your application cannot be approved.

Once your warranty application has been approved you will be given an RMA# and details to return the defective product by mail.

Once we have received the defective product please allow 3 business days for us to repair and/or ship a replacement product or issue a refund.
The Process to Exchange/ Return a Product In-person:

Visit the Tatra Storefront with your defective product (both sets of boots in the pair), your receipt or proof-of-purchase, and completed Downloadable Warranty Application Form.

We will inspect the product and approve your application or explain why it cannot be approved.

We will complete your repair, exchange, or return as quickly as possible. It may take up to 3 business days to complete your repair or exchange.
